I almost forgot to post this! Similar to Ixpe the Ibex, Ben wanted to come up with a mascot for the Chandra X-Ray Observatory. After a little research, I quickly began trying to convince him that a great blue heron would be perfect, and he was agreeable! Look up the observatory, it's practically the same creature.
