He wears an Edwardian-era black formal suit with a black capote de paseo style cape decorated with green embroidery, and carries a gold-tipped cane. He also has a larger, 13 foot tall beastly form with a sturdier frame, digitigrade legs, glowing skull markings, and green fire seeping from his mouth.
